the most positive aspect about the company is the team that i get to be a part of.
What are some of the best things about your team?
communication. We work like a well-oiled machine and keep in constant contact. Everyone knows what their role is so there is never any confusion on what needs to get done. We all pull our weight
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
every year we looked forward to our merits. It's something we depend on and value for the hard work we deliver. Receiving a 2% merit this year was a slap in the face and made me feel so undervalued as an email....fyi...we used to receive 5%.
