I have made lifelong friends and consider my coworker's family. They listen to feedback and take necessary actions to resolve or at the very least provide answers.

The townhalls I find helpful and informative. They listen to what we have to say and even though they don't always agree it is nice to be heard and valued.

That we celebrate each other's wins. When something is not normally part of someone's job the others are there to reach out a hand and say, "What can I do?"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the comradery. It doesn't matter where you are or what team you move to there is always such positivity. I have been fortunate to work for some amazing leaders.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is small mighty and amazing. We bounce ideas off each other, collaborate on projects and above all enjoy each others company which is so important. There is something about each of my team members that I admire, that inspires and drive me to achieve more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are all willing to help each other anyway we can. Our leader even gets in the weeds with us at times to show support. You can count on one of us to be able to provide a laugh or advice during the day. I can't imagine being on a team with a better group of people.
