I worked at "classic Web" previously, and found the atmosphere to be stale, male-dominated, unfair in certain ways, and on certain teams, a lack of care for employees. Sharon and Newfold Digital have turned so much around - the company feels fresh, innovative, and truly supportive/inclusive.

I truly love working here. Sharon has brought some fresh energy to Newfold, and I'm thankful and grateful to be here. Christina and Deb have also made this a really supportive and inclusive company.

They bring a fresh, authentic, and exciting feel to Newfold! Sure, it's exceptionally busy, but I feel like I'm supported and doing good things.

The people! There's been a strong focus on diversity, inclusion, and belonging the past two years and it's made for a much more positive environment.

If I could score them an "11" I would! There is such a freshness about the company now, a very clear focus on goals and initiatives, and truly caring about people and inclusion.

Our leadership team is progressive, forward-thinking, and quite honestly, refreshing to see in action. They of course have had to make some hard decisions for the company, but I'm excited for the overall, fresh direction of Newfold Digital.
