I enjoy what I do and the people I work with; however, I do believe I am not compensated fairly or feel there is a clear path for advancement.
They keep us competitive in the marketplace.
Quality health coverage and annual bonus.
My leadership team and direct reports.
They communicate regularly about the health/growth of the company via Town Halls.
The people I work with -- both my leadership team and my direct reports.
Their willingness to take on new projects and work collaboratively to get things done on time.
We all have each others' backs; we all work hard and support and build each other up.
We operate as one team with common goals. Everyone is very supportive and helpful to help achieve those goals together.
The ability to be creative in my job role and meeting virtually with teammates who are all over the country.
You can literally reach out to anyone for assistance and they are willing to help or point you in the right direction.
We are more than a team, we are like a family. We communicate well, collaborate effectively, and genuinely like and care about each others' well-being.
My leadership team is so supportive of everything we do and my boss makes me feel seen and heard. I also love the affinity groups with opportunities to meet others across the organization. Local team events are also rewarding.
To be paid fair market value of someone coming into the company as a new employee. I know what my role pays at equitable companies with the same benefits and I am severely underpaid because I've stayed with the same organization.
For the same role, other companies are paying considerably more. For me, much of my pay comes from my bonus, and when we don't make EBITDA, it impacts my bottom line and financial health. I'd rather have a higher flat salary and not rely so much on a bonus that I may or may not receive.
