I've been with Newfold for nearly 8 years. I started as an agent and was given opportunities to work up through the ranks and learn other parts of the business. Today's company looks a lot different than the company from 8 years ago; that transformation, though difficult, has been overall good.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy being a Newfold employee; I am challenged with exciting and fast-paced work, and there is ample opportunity to learn/grow in a complex environment. However, lack of resourcing has led to frustrations and often long hours, making work/life balance challenging to achieve.

Newfold offer opportunities to connect with groups you would not normally interact with; empowered to do my job though limited by resoucing

I love the people I work with, and I'm invested the the products I manage and the goals we have to support our customers and help them succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is transparent, available, and provides outlets for employees to provide feedback and be heard. They on constantly working to adapt their styles and members of the team to meet the needs of the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is comparable to the market, and the bonus structure is a nice perk. I especially appreciate the flexibility of unlimited PTO, paternity leave (though it could be longer for the secondary spouse), and strong insurance availability (including generous fertility treatment options).
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is intelligent, competent, and eager to help one another succeed. I appreciate that it's not a competition in that we are not pitted against one another--we want the business and our customers to have the best, and we work together to make it happen. My team also makes work fun!
