Be more informative. Put current employees first. Stop trying to offshore every position you can. Put YOURSELVES last.
Appropriate pay for positions, experience, and tenure. Match or exceed actual cost of living wages for areas, not just the lowest values you can find for them.
The company is focused so much on the bottom dollar it ignores it's employees and by extension it's customers by providing a poor quality of service with the poor quality of offshored employees.
