Overall, I enjoyed my experience here but under the web/newfold only. We felt we are undervalued as a dreamscape employee. Also, the salary is good enough but never good enough compared to other companies offering the same service. The benefits are okay, but the increase per year is very low.

Work environment is nice, no toxicity.

Our chemistry. We know each other for a long time now.

There's nothing wrong with my co-workers or the environment. It's just I preferred to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What i like about my leadership is that they really care about us, but i don't know about the higher ups
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we returned to office we have no permanent seat, I understand that there are new hires but they should have planned it ahead. For 1 month, we keep transferring stations and it's not good for our moral since we felt our team was always the one adjusting to the seat plan. Also the increase is low
