What makes you most happy at work?
communication, new knowledge, learning oppurtunities, growth, but it would be more great if slary increase is great annually.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The hybrid setup, since other IT companies, does it, and here only some are given the chance to work from home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The communication and events and games and trivias, but unfortunately it became lesser within this year, probably due to pandemic and other stuff, that's why the I think the company is re adjusting.
