Newfold does us good and they listen to employees. Dreamscape on the other hand just does what they want as long as it benefits them but doesn't keep their employees. DS HR likes to think they are in power just cause most of the employee-related stuff goes through them. Newfold all the way!

Undervalued by Dreamscape. Not being open to suggestions on what can make employees satisfied

Fair governance and value towards employees. Skillsets should also be paid based on the market value
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are receiving 20% or less compared to our peers abroad. That's how undervalued we are. We are doing the same work yet paid low.
