Newfold is doing a great job but most of the time hindered by Dreamscape. Most of the admins in DS countered what we requested for our Newfold Leadership Team that we see the value and in need of our team. It'd be great if we are directly reporting to Newfold instead of DS at all.

Working in Newfold is fun and is a very good opportunity to enhance your skills. The leadership is very hands-on in taking good care of their employees.

I get to interact with my co-workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive about the culture and environment is it is fun working here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always ask and listen, they make it easy for us with our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With inflation, our salary is no longer competitive. It'd be good if the company will get into giving annual salary increases to every employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me most happy going to work knowing I am well compensated, and that I am receiving the same amount as my peers from the US and Canada.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are receiving less than our peers in the United States and Canada even though we are doing the same type of work. There's also no Annual Salary Increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and play hard as a team. We have this constant engagement with everyone, we play ping-pong, and mobile games, do karaoke in the office, and talk with each other. In this way we have the opportunity to check if everyone feels good while working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Working with our leadership team namely Alicia Pringle and Tracy Deffenbaugh has always been a pleasure on our side here in SEO Cebu. They always check on us whether it is work-related or personal, especially during the pandemic period. They always make us feel valued and that they care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The leadership team is always there for us, they always listen and take action in our favor. Our peers in the US and Canada are also there to assist us whenever we have questions and we need help on some work-related things. Our peers in Cebu also do the same thing for everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Newfold side, the culture is very good and I like how they keep us up to date on the happenings and the future plans of the company. Giving us the idea where the company is going is giving us assurance that we are able to keep our jobs and that we are doing great on it since we are moving forward.
