I just hope Newfold/Web culture will be the new norm. I have good experience with Newfold culture. However, Dreamscape has really problem with its culture. They're not pro-employee at all. I'll tell you one: Imagine they're very strict with regards to vacation leave compare to our peers abroad.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are receiving 20% or less than compare to our peers abroad. That's how undervalued we are. We are doing the same work yet paid low.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to serve our clients and make them happy that we did a great job helping their business. Also, the colleagues and the leaders that are very supportive.
