What makes you most happy at work?
When we receive unexpected freebies or lunch or anything unexpected that gives us butterflies. Hahaha
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel undervalued the time when we get back to the office while others stay because, for me, WFH right now is very effective and productive. If permanent WFH is not approved then a Hybrid setup is okay as well.
