On my end, I think I'm good with everything in the company except for the salary increase and vacation leaves that should be plotted a month before.

I am now in my 3rd year in the company. I appreciate my leaders Alicia, Tracy, Jason, and Mike for helping me with anything work-related, sometimes not (through games, new ideas, new learnings).

My mind works when I'm at work.

They are very responsive and helpful.

Yearly increase. DIfferent product, different bonus.

Interacting through Teams meeting, playings different games a week.

Some of us share the same interest like gaming, nap, business and humour.

We are united. We help each other if there are things that we need to clarify especially technical stuffs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We received our salary increase in 2 years and it's lower than we expected. I think for me we deserve more.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our team together with the manager and supervisors have a morning huddle everyday so we can have daily updates on accounts and personal activities that are fun to share.
