The sense of team that my team has, as simple as that sounds.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My job is a job for a profit-driven company, as are most people's job. This is not fulfilling to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is still surprising to me how fairly everyone is treated, and how everyone is given the chance to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our base pay, even at my level of position is low comparatively. For the skillset that is required, and the breadth of knowledge to assist required, the pay is not equal. This is a unique job, for a unique company, that requires unique knowledge. Proper compensation is a must to retain talent.
