Lots of promises, no substance. Drastically declining quality and the expectation to be ok with that.

We are friendly and most of us are helpful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Offering adequate pay, understanding the role better, and not paying me the same as people off the street.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I fought for raises and promotions and was able to get some small pay raises but then when the base pay for the team went up I didn't retain my raises above the new minimum. I'm not valued more than new hires.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My team keeps being given more and more roles that are not what I applied for and am given no choice and little to no warning. Many new hires are not given enough training so I spend a fair time correcting mistakes and appologizing.
