I immediately connected with my hiring manager and we had the best conversations during my interview process. I knew I would love working for someone like her.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they care about their employees, provide encouragement and motivation to work hard and do our very best for our customers. They set the example for us and always motivate us in the best ways.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. Newfolders are what make me most happy at work. I've never had a better team of brilliant individuals who work hard, share incredible creativity, stay positive AND make each other laugh. It's an absolute pleasure collaborating with #TeamNewfold colleagues across the globe.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our #TeamNewfold colleagues are incredible! Not only are they brilliant and all great at their jobs, but we have built such a beautiful community together. I genuinely look forward to seeing them (whether it's remotely or in the office) and attending team-building events outside of work, too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the coolest aspect of being on #TeamNewfold is the ability to connect with colleagues all over the world. We're a cohesive team that receives consistent transparency and communication from our leaders. Together, we've built a positive culture where we look forward to seeing each other often.

Our leadership team is one of the best I've ever worked for/with. They absolutely prioritize our customers at #1, but it is so evident that they definitely care about all our employees, across all departments and all over the globe. I'm beyond grateful to be cared for, appreciated and valued.
