Being able to finish all my assigned takes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The efficiency and deep knowledge of the business rules, and domains. Mutual understanding of the work complexity and excellent teamwork.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that we do not waste time, any problem gets fixed fast. But as I mentioned outsourcers are like second-class citizens.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a consultant, I do not have the possibility to grow professionally, they do not offer sponsorship or any paid vacations to the US or other countries. I hope the company offers more benefits to outsourcing consultants.
