
The company is great overall, but because of these acquisitions, a lot of changes happen all at once. It is amazing that we are getting bigger, but I hope they would realize that people need time for adjustments, and need more back-office people to support the operations, it is extremely exhausting

The culture they build, making sure that everyone is involved and no one is left out
It is understandable that the incentives program and compensation are higher with those in the Operation as they drive the business. However, in the back-office, especially HR, our salary is not competitive nor aligned with other companies
Other companies give higher compensation, has wide variety of benefits. The company gets bigger but the benefits are not being laid out in a way that people would feel its impact. I just hope they would not hesitate to reward the employees considering the drive/pressure the company is putting.
