Koji specifically treat and care for us not because we are his agents but treat us as his own brother and sisters

They show me that even if we are in sales team the only competition we have is only ourselves and they always have my back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no salary increase and as well as the the quota Target incentive are not increasing but our quota target has been increasing which feels like we've been giving more to the company than what we received in return of our hardwork
