The learning curve is steep and only a good fit for independent self-starters. The volume of work to hours-in-a-day ratio is way off. That said, I love my job, my manager and my colleagues. The work is fast-paced and challenging but rewarding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When your position was previously two people, there should be additional compensation. When you need to work more than 40hrs to accomplish the bare minimum, there should be additional compensation.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with smart people who also happen to be a pleasure to be around. I enjoy being a 'shield' so that my team can focus on what they do best, while I take care of the rest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct manager is someone I would follow anywhere. The quality of the employees that I interact with on a daily basis is phenomenal. I love working for a company that is willing to take risks, provides exceptional benefits and knows the employees are its greatest asset.
