Hiring process was good, the training was ok but definitely needs to be catered more to the role you are actually doing. Lot's of on the job learning thank goodness for a helpful manager and team. I enjoy sales and the team I work with. I have some fantastic clients that are amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Caroline is an amazing manager. I have never met or spoke with anyone from the executive team so it is hard to rate or provide feedback with regards to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked in sales for over 20 years and some of the structure for compensation i have never seen before. It is demotivating as a sales person with Bluebird (don't want to sell over a certain amount, different comp for different products (premium domains) but doesn't apply to your target
