If I would base my current role to other companies, I should be earning more than 40kPHP per month.

The leadership team is very easy to deal with, like I don't feel intimidated with them, in the sense, that they make casual conversation with me.

The bosses don't act as a boss. In a good way. Like we don't feel intimidated. And that means we can voice out our problems to them.
