workmates motivate and help each other. Managers and TLs also are friendly and cares for the employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
having some knowledge with the fast growing VA occupation makes us (off-shore/outsourced employees) feel undervalued. Although when compared to our country's standard rate, it is already considered average or high. When it is in fact fairly low when compared to what the client is willing to pay.
