I have been with the company for 5 1/2 years and didn't think I would make t past the first week. All in all, this has been a great company to work for and I really appreciate all the recent effort to improve morale and implement changes that have needed to happen for a while.

Everyone cares about each other professionally and personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is improving daily and feeling less like we are expected to be robots.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting told I am doing a good job. Being able to work from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to genuinely care and have made many changes to better the morale of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the changes are already being addressed on this issue. It, historically, has just felt like a lot of pressure and uncontrollable hoops to qualify for monthly bonus - which makes the pay more in line for the work we do.
