
We need to improve communication inside the team which is very poor. Also, I don't feel I am respected by my manager.
I like the working atmosphere that Max Dubovenko creates, the opportunity to discuss work processes with his leadership team in Ukraine for interaction, openness in working with them.
Opportunity to be useful to the R&D team. I like that they turn to me for any help and I am happy to help them, to answer all their questions.
R&D team is very positive and friendly. Going to work, I always have a good mood only from the fact that I will see the guys. I know that I can always get support from the team.
