The company is good, its just that they gave the employee lesser benefits and a lesser salary or annual increase. Maybe if that will work on that stuff, many employees will sure love the company and its work more.

because of my co-workers, they made the day less boring
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the environment when it comes just within the team but I don't know about the company itself though
What are some of the best things about your team?
always eating and going on team lunch out but unfortunately in our own pocket because there is no budget for team building
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because even though you are at the company for a long time, there is no increase, maybe there is but its not worth it, it too little that you can't even feel that you have annual increase.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The only thing I like so far is when the VP Chris Day gave us the opportunity to talk to him in the way of "round table". It is really helpful to us employees so that the leaders will know what are the thoughts of the employee that needs improvement in the company. I really appreciate Chris to us
