I have never felt so valued in a company until I became a part of Newfold Digital. The team that I am a part of is also amazing. The only one thing I would just like to be improved (if possible) is the pay. Please have at least the annual increase (even performance based).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team work as one. We help each other a lot in almost everything. We also share opinions and best practices. There's camaraderie.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm glad that I've been assigned to this department as designing websites always fascinates me and to me, that's what keeps me happy at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They hear us, analyze the situation, and work on it that can be beneficial not only for the company but also for the employees. There's a balance of both worlds.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is the only company I've worked with that has no salary increase upon regularization and no annual salary increase (performance-based). Those two plays very important role to staying in the company, to have a salary that's livable and can help pay bills.
