Work Experience is Great and challenging but the salary is just too low for the workload they give us and also the annual increase is so low like me I only have 500 php increase for a 17 months working in the company, and pph is very hard to get and also no increase for new skills we learned

we started together as a pioneer of the account and we become more family

for now I don't know yet because it's our first time to have a leader
What makes you most happy at work?
challenging and also so much to learn but sometimes stressful if you get pressured to finish the work because as a designer you will not have fun anymore in designing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
last time there is work and fun balance, but now I don't feel because of too many projects we have and we are so loaded and some of the members got changed to other accounts and we are few now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the work load and the price salary is not balance, and it's a bit pressure even we get the pph is not enough, i think we designer need to have a commission also for the site we design and launch so that it gives more motivation even a small amount of commission not just pph
