People are looking for WFH opportunities, while other teams already are, our team always get denied because of our manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Adapt to new changes. WFH or Hybrid setup is the new in. Soon if this does not happen, I will be leaving the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IT people here are paid less compare to call center agents even the bonuses. For real? Salary is very low even the yearly increase is 3%, really? Leaders here are unfair
