I'm still new but I've seen people that lasted 5-8 years here. That should mean something. I've learned a lot here and still looking forward to whatever else I can absorb.

They accept feedback and do action as quickly as they can

Feedback are valued, no micromanagement from leaders and easy to work with teammates
What are some of the best things about your team?
How understanding and flexible the members are when it comes to changes and demands of the role they're in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm happy that the company does yearly review for performance but I don't think the percent is competitive compared to other companies that are even working at home. Also, this is the only company I know that does promotion but pay is not included with the promotion. Only later after 6 or so months.
