My experience has been pretty great. Newfold is a young and hungry company that is looking to expand it's offerings while merging brands. It offers a lot of advancement opportunities if you are able to show value. The teams are smaller - more quality talent over throwing more bodies in seats.

My team has a great culture that encourages healthy banter, helpfulness, and respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the culture here. No one is uncomfortable to speak up if they don't like a decision. Everyone in our leadership team takes feedback well and actively works on solutions to that feedback.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The greatest aspect we have is a CEO who isn't afraid to give advise to all employees through frequent video talks and making sure everyone feels like they are mostly in the loop and on the same page. Sharon has done an excellent job of cultivating a world class team and culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is having a monetary measure of the lives I've effected at the end of each month for the positive. I'm also very thankful for the Linkedin learning - that is a huge perk for me. I do wish that we were able to start getting college tuition reimbursement sooner than 1 year.
