Easy to talk to (normally) and accessible; there's never a "this is beneath me" attitude
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We collaborate on issues and assist each other. The mood is normally jovial and free spirited.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are cost of living raises provided, but I've never been included. I don't think my tenure should affect my eligibility. Also, I've consistently received over 4 ratings on my evaluation, but rarely are my merit increases over 3%. Also,Clarivate only granted a 75% bonus (100% was promised).
