What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Music, Free coffee, I hope we could have more spaces to rest in the same floor as to where we are station at. We are located in 10th floor.
What makes you most happy at work?
I can use my phone during vacant hours and there's music, I hope we could have a rest station in the same floor as to where we are station at
What is the best part about your compensation package?
KPI incentives, attendance incentives, leave and HMO, I hope, DPC requirement in chat would be go down as it is hard to upsell while troubleshooting. Customers most likely won't proceed especially if they have problems with the account.
