Overall, I love my job and the company. There are some challenges, however. Those challenges are where we say we want to do what's right for the customer, yet when it comes to certain things it seems that is fallacy with Sr leadership (profit over doing the right thing for the customers).

we all come together for one common goal.

they are empathetic and smart.
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to ensure we are doing the right thing for the company as well as our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we all want to get the same goals accomplished and we all have each other's backs. I can't think of one negative person that I deal with on a daily basis.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My role should be better compensated for the amount of work that I am doing and the breadth and scope of the role. There are also no room for growth within the company.
