There is no culture and the environment is professional and aloof considering it's all work from home

The biggest issue is getting problems with the tools that have been around for years fixed so that we can work more efficiently
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is one of the best bosses I've had. With regards to the leadership team above her I have little knowledge and basically no communication
