Leadership structure keeps changing every few months. Though it doesn't affect my daily responsibilities, it does affect my career growth path.

As a team, we help each other resolve customer issues, generate ideas. I'd say I do have a good relationship with my coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that my colleagues and I actually want to work with one another. It makes our jobs easier, more efficient, and less stressful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Basic pay is lower than what's on the market, and promotions don't necessarily involve a pay raise (you'll have to spend months in that new position first before they bump your pay).
