Just recently they gave out a huge bonus. However, I don't actually feel well compensated according to my efforts
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers, especially the juniors, are very approachable and they are respectful. Most of all, they are actually very good coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people in my department. They are the very reason I stay. Oh, and the setup. I don't need to constantly interact with people in power which is very uncomfortable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even if the others don't tell me, I can feel and see that the others are better compensated than I am. And I work more and my work has even better quality. I even feel like they just hire me because my intial asking was so much lower.
