Leadership here is open to feedback and sets clear direction, which helps me align hiring strategy with company goals. They're approachable too, I can raise concerns or ideas without overthinking it, which builds a trust-based working relationship.

Honestly, the team is really collaborative, everyone's quick to help out, whether it's sharing leads or talking through a tricky requisition. People are approachable, so it's easy to ask questions. There's also a good balance of structure and room for new ideas, and overall, just a fun & supportive
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly, nothing beats closing out a tough role or seeing a candidate I pushed for do well. Even a productive day with the team feels great. Little things count too, like a hiring manager telling me I did a solid job and having a team that actually supports each other keeps me going.
