The pay, it doesn't take years to get raises, and you can be topped out in a year. It's not a bad thing though the pay is still decent.

Management being held accountable and paying its hourly employees based on productivity and not because they are friends

Yes undervalued we give up north of 20% and cant grt any help woth break or repair its time to move on
