Communication. Communication is what drives EVERY relationship - personal and professional. Being 100% transparent at all times is a true characteristic as well. It's a motivating factor that drives satisfaction. look forward to honesty, transparency, and communication in every area of my workplace

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unfortunately, I work a 40 hour week, full time job and would not be able to afford cost of living if I was not married. I work very hard at my job but the stress of cost of living gets too much sometimes.

I feel the interview process to acquire me falsely sold me on a job. Nontheless2, I stayed and completely excelled within the first three months. I have done the job of 3 people (without help) , and consistently gone above and beyond at all times to be available, and a team player from day one.

we have people who should be fired bc of attendance and lack of job performance alone but management turns a blind eye. even complained to upper management and nothing.

As stated before, COMMUNICATION. Management 100% transparent, honest, always approachable, consistent, and fair. A culture of consistency will increase, boost morale, and retain the best candidates to take the organization forward.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the uncertainty o8f having a job and the l6ack of transparency. There is very little communication, and my position seem to8 get the very least amount of respect or value. I have mo8re knowledge and skill than what I am able to use or present. There is NO MORALE. There is a lack of "development".
