Very hostile. As a POC i feel discriminated against daily. The procedures in place are not followed which make it hard to do my job sometimes. The managers act like youre bothering them to do their jobs. Is poor managment and little to no training.

Not being discriminate against black customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First they need to read over their policies. Them practice fair and equal opportunity. You do not discipline by cussing at someone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is complacent. When you get too comfortable, bad things happen. Coming to work to make it better snd mot for friendship is a start.
