I got layed off because my concept closed at the beginning of the pandemic.Outback hired me during the pandemic when noone was hiring.Now everywhere is hiring for more money.But I will never leave.They just treat u like a number they treat u like a name.They truly take care and take care of you.

The medical coverage.And 401k match.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we hold eachother accountable for eachothers actions.Without putting eachother down.So we can in return grow as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The acceptance of me.Truly being able to be myself around everyone even my boss. And all other staff are free to he themselves aswell.

The person who interviewed me.He was a good guinine person nice and caring.And he was happy when talking about the company his job and experiences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That you can be you.And accepted for you.And if you make a mistake your not punished.But learn how to be better and grow from your mistake.

They work together to make eachother more knowledgeable by there life experiences.Outback has an Aussie Courage team witch hold calls for anyone to attend.And the point of the calls is to talk about all walks of life and how to embrace them into our brand.Best leadership out there.
