What makes you most happy at work?
I'm more of a kind family oriented type of environment. Where everyone works well together and keeps the rude employees held accountable
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing I'm no longer employed. Was going to work at gold star after I was sick with covid. Now I've lost my vehicle and I have no way to get to my Apts or anything
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Favoritism and controlling drama and control the disrespect toward mental health illness being joked about. I was made fun of on a daily but just laughter it off. I'm a single mom who just had my car repossessed while sick with covid. Def could have used more help financially thru covid.
