People are jokesters and mess around a ton

They didnt ask me anything other than where I worked before

Everything. There are so many disrespectful employees here and the managers bow down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nobody is taken seriously when they say "i cannot work these days or xyz times"
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are fine overall just need to be less intimate with eachother during work hours
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
New management that comes from a smaller store has no idea how to handle a bigger more busy store. And again bow down to the employees and tries to be a "cool guy"
