I use to love working here but as time goes on I see all the people who care and try being ran over. People who don't care get handed everything and paid the same as people who work hard and try. I'm currently finishing training for another job and leaving outback and will not suggest anyone to work

Some of us really work hard to help and support each other because we can't get management help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Supporting staff, delighting task, showing the staff who does their jobs compensation, not talking about staff personal business and when issues are brought up to handle the situation not push it aside.
