Extremely low paying job. I switched from To-go to busser because it pays more. I also recently have been threatened to be fired for calling in when the times that I have called in is because of my schizophrenia being out of control which the company knows I have the illness and do not seem to care.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview covered everything they needed to know on top of what I needed to know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice, even though someone is stealing the servers cash tips off of their tables and management doesn't care.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers getting the steak or chicken cooked right the first time. Not by the third time it gets sent back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being able to afford to even pay rent at an apartment and not having to borrow money from my family to get my medicine.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers that would help would be nice instead of texting on their phones. Also, having a grill cook that would cook the food right and not raw chicken would be good too.
