
Manager attitudes. I have no reason to be respectful if you aren't.
Not feeling so frustrated that its impossible to do good work and have it be recognized in a timely fashion.
Hire good workers and keep them. Not doing so drives the rest of your good workers away. It is exponential.
New employee training needs work, keeping current employees. It is not the fry cooks job to ensure that you have enough people on the schedule each week.
Anyone gets hired. The key is hiring good people. If I have to train someone that isn't going to work here in a week you have only made my job more difficult with the same compensation.
