Talking to people I care about there and putting smiles on people faces.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our 3 managers, steven shanna and mindi, have all made my outback experience up until this point fine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the bond I have with the people I have met at my time at Outback, and me and the managers are on good terms.
