Outback acts like they care about their employees but they dont. Especially their partners and managers. Used to be a great company but its changed a lot and they are always worried about the wrong things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy my staff and i have a great boss.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some managers, staff, and my boss is the reason i stay.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was hired over 10 years ago so the interview process is changed and its much harder to find staff today.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most managers are hard working, not all but most. They have a lot of pressure and are expected to work long hours because Outback is cheap and the labor hours are almost impossible to accomplish.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing myself grow, ive learned a lot from the compant but you begin to feel taken advantage of. You are cheap labor to them and they dont actually care about you or your quality of life.
