They are so rude the new server just cried saying how toxic it is all the new people say certain staff members are super rude

The amount of complaining, the amount of gossip, the amount of judgement towards the new staff and no effort to help, the anount of staff snapping at others and the level of disrespect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only one for the position in the whole building no raise when asked for one. Staff talking about you with others and when you bring the negativity issue up nothing is done about it.
